As our training program expands, we're helping law enforcement with their trauma-informed practices training by adding the much-needed Emotional Intelligence (EI) training part. We're work with fire departments too.
This training is applicable across all industries and to individuals as well. We're also working with restaurant staff to large call center employees.
We can provide in-person training or an eLearning package that people can work through on their own. We also provide a workbook with the video package. We can customize the training to meet your specific needs, whether incorporating it into your existing training programs like trauma-informed practices or customer service training.
